Chelmsley Wood Town Councils holds Residents Hubs throughout the year at the Council Offices and Onward Club.
The meetings are an opportunity for residents to meet with local services and support agencies and dicuss any issues or concerns.
There’s nothing like being outdoors, so here’s a chance to sort out an allotment and getting those creative green finger juices going. Whether it’s planting beautiful flowers or growing fresh organic vegetables, it can be all grown at the Bluebell Leisure Garden Allotments, situated on Bluebell Drive, Chelmsley Wood.
Looking for a local venue for your function or event?
Do you run or are you thinking about setting up a group, class or activity?
Our recently refurbished Function Room is available for hire. It’s a popular venue for Weddings, Christenings, Birthday Parties, Wakes, Conferences, Meetings and much more.
If you like Squash or Racket ball, then look no further. The Onward Club has 4 very well maintained Squash courts that can be also used for Racket ball. The courts are open seven days a week plus, we also provide Rackets and balls if you just want to have fun and a good workout.
There’s nothing like being outdoors, especially playing a relaxing game of crown green bowls. Whether you’re veteran or beginner, this game will teach you the art of touch.
Our football pitches are very well maintained and securely situated within the town council grounds. We also have a car park to accommodate teams. We also provide dressing rooms with showers. In the closed season, summer of 2013, The Town Council expanded its football provision.
Let the kids go wild in this really wonderful creative playground area which is securely situated within the town council grounds. If you have function going on, no worries, the children can easy access the play area from the function room.
